Shipping & Return Policy
The Mana Gallery store is currently only shipping within the United States.
We are working on shipping pieces to clients all over the world. For questions regarding shipping outside of the U.S., please email us at brave@themanagallery.com.
We offer two types of delivery fulfillment for your orders.
White Glove Delivery Service:
For certain large pieces, we require a White Glove Delivery service. We will reach out directly to you to arrange the delivery of your purchase(s).
Standard Ground Shipping:
Some items, specifically the small pieces, are fulfilled via standard ground shipping.
Details on whether a piece is eligible for either White Glove Delivery Service or Standard Ground Shipping will be determined upon check-out.
We offer curbside pick-up at Mana Gallery’s HQ.
There is an option for clients who want to pick-up their pieces upon check-out, If you prefer to pick-up your order, we will contact you via email and phone call as soon as your payment for your order has been confirmed.
Return Policy:
We accept returns on select items, in their original packaging and condition, within 5 days of receipt. To determine return eligibility, please review the product listing. Please note, all large pieces, mostly furniture or items that require a White Glove Delivery Service, are final sale and non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and we require using a service that provides shipping insurance. Mana Gallery does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost or damaged in transit.
Once your returned items are received, refunds are credited to the original form of payment, less outbound shipping.

We do not accept an exchange of orders at this moment. However, if you received an incorrect order, for example if you have the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt via email. We'll be happy to source a replacement or process a refund.
